Virginia
Virginia does accept conceal carry licenses or permits from other states. Although not codified by statute, Virginia case law supports self-defense, a version of the castle doctrine and stand your ground in certain circumstances. Arizona is a Castle Doctrine state and state laws effectively allow people to stand their ground. Florida
Florida is a shall issue state. There are some states that Florida does accept reciprocity for of conceal carry licenses, but the laws are often complicated.
